But modulation of the premium according to the sector and the market

Creations: 2 possibilities
    25 creations and at least 5 million Euros of investments
    50 creations

Extensions: 3 possibilities
    25 creations and increase of at least 50% of the companies wages
    creation of at least 50 jobs;
    at least 25 million Euros of investments

Recoveries: 3 conditions
    The employment picture in the basin concerned must be very degraded;
    The project of recovery must restore in a way durable and structural competitiveness of the company and contribute to the diversification of its outlets;
    Resumption of at least 150 employment and realization of at least 15 million Euros of investments

The amount of the PAT will be raised to 15 000 € by job created, within the limit of the rates of assistance to the investment fixed by the European Commission

The premium will remain strongly modulated according to the type of program, of the mobility of the project, of international competition...

PAT RDI - principal criteria of eligibility

Same branches of industry as for the STALEMATE "industry and services"

Projects related to the control of a research program and development to the European direction

Free duration of program, within the 5 years limit maximum

These programs must lead to:
    that is to say the clear creation of at least 20 established posts,
    that is to say the realization of at least 7,5 million eligible Euros of costs.

Basic rate: 15 000 € / employment

Raised rate: 25 000 € / employment, for the programs carrying an exceptional interest of share their strategic aspect:
    projects of major size
    projects collaboratif
    projects lying within the scope of a national policy of excellence (poles of competitiveness, SPL "+"...)

staff costs (researchers, technicians and other personnel of support);

costs of the instruments and the material, insofar as and as a long time as they are used for the research project;

costs of the buildings and the grounds insofar as and as a long time as they are used for the research project;

costs of contractual research as well as the costs of the services of consultants and the equivalent services used exclusively for the activity of research;

directly supported additional overheads because of the research project; other operating costs, in particular costs of materials, supplies and similar products, directly supported because of activity of research.
