The crossroads of the "Investir en Lorraine" (Investing in Lorraine) regional Promotional-Prospecting and Reception network- Inventories, expert appraisals, laying out, distribution of information on what is available in the area: technology, financial and property, environment, etc.
- Joint prospecting initiatives with the AFII, with the territorial partners or in its own right, aimed at external, French or foreign investors,
- Coordinating the reception and monitoring of the investments.

- Looking for partners,
- Access to research centres and technological resources,
- Aid in integrating staff.
